My wife Thalia and I would like to personally invite you to be our guest at any one of our life changing services. Come experience the Power and Presence of God to Restore Marriages, Families and the Lost. If you do not have a church you call home or possibly you are searching for a place of belonging, or purpose, then look no further! Victory Outreach South Sacramento Church is not just a church, but we are a world-wide family with members in every populated continent on earth.

For over 50 years, Victory Outreach International has had a clear mission: to empower individuals to take control of their lives by placing their future in the hands of God. We have seen multitudes exchange a hopeless subsistence for a new resolve and confidence in life with a single-minded determination to help others. Our unique vision continues to guide our values-driven approach to ministry, personal growth, and global-community involvement. Since our beginning, the preeminent value of Victory Outreach is family. We are a global family with members in every populated continent on earth.

- Pastor Eddie and Thalia Caraveo

Victory Outreach is an international, church-oriented Christian ministry called to the task of evangelizing and discipling the hurting people of the world, with the message of hope and plan of Jesus Christ.
This call involves a commitment to plant and develop churches, rehabilitation homes and training centers, in strategic cities of the world.
Victory Outreach inspires and instills within people the desire to fulfill their potential in life with a sense of dignity, belonging, and destiny.
Victory Outreach works cooperatively with others of mutual purpose in accomplishing the task before us

The mission of Victory Outreach is to plant churches throughout the world. Breaking with the conventional view that the mission field is overseas, we believe any church planted in an under-served area is a mission, be it in America or remote Africa.
However, a full one-third of all Victory Outreach churches planted are overseas. We often plant churches in the neediest areas such as Bogotá, Columbia, where violence has reached epidemic proportions. Our workers in Bogotá work under the constant threat of harm.
Another challenging area is Israel, where racial and religious intolerance is ripping the nation apart. Our workers witness many injustices committed by various warring factions including suicide bombings.
Recently, we have been experiencing growth in Nigeria, Africa. Nigeria is currently fighting its own war — on AIDS — with over 4 million people infected with the deadly disease. This epidemic is predicted to result in 2.5 million AIDS orphans by 2010. Our church in Lagos, Nigeria is fighting for the rights of impoverished and displaced people.
Our churches in Indonesia, Dublin and El Salvador also labor under hazardous conditions. Yet, the threat of global terrorism has not deterred us — in fact – the challenge has fueled a new determination within our missionaries.
At Victory Outreach we believe no matter how downcast a person is, once they surrender their life to Jesus Christ, He unleashes and realizes the greatness of their potential. In turn, they can reach others in like manner.

For over 45 years, the foundational beliefs that have been a primary motivating factor in Victory Outreach are seen evident in the thousands of lives that have never been the same since they walked through the doors of Victory Outreach. Victory Outreach is uniquely distinguished by its fundamental belief in God’s love and in the transforming power of His love for hurting people from all walks of life.
Victory Outreach believes in the church’s mission to reach the lost as mandated by Christ in what is known as the Great Commission found in the Gospels. Jesus commands his disciples “… go and make disciples of all nations” and “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation” (Mt 28:19, Mark 16:15 NIV).
Victory Outreach believes that the Spirit of God is still actively working in the building of the church through manifestations such as the Baptism of the Holy Spirit for the empowerment of service, speaking in tongues and the impartation of spiritual gifts to each believer (Acts 1: 4-8, 2: 1-4, I Cor 12, Rom 12: 5-8).
The beliefs of Victory Outreach can be classified as Evangelical and Pentecostal. Following is the organizations Statement of Faith which are the nonnegotiable tenets of faith that all Victory Outreach churches adhere to.
Our mens ministry look to provide you the strength, the courage, and the calling to step forward and be part of a generation of men with spiritual grit. You are valuable to God, and the plan He has for You.
In our women ministry we define it as women who have found freedom in following Jesus, intentionally building relationships with other women, and helping them know and follow Jesus.
God’s Anointed Now Generation is versatile, and provides continuous growth for our newest members. At the same time new members will find a place to belong in a community filled with acceptance and love.
We know that young adults face many challenges living in today’s world. That knowledge drives us to create opportunities and positive outlets where young adults will find a sense of purpose and belonging.
